My order ended up being out of stock, which I thought might turn into a hassle. But they handled it smoothly and got my refund processed quickly, so it went better than I expected.

Checkout was alright overall. Like I said, it was kinda slow and I ran into a couple little issues, but in the end my order still went through, so it wasn’t too bad.

My order showed up in okay condition overall. The bottles were a little loose in the box, but luckily nothing was damaged and I was still able to use everything. The packaging definitely could’ve been better though. What annoyed me more was that it wasn’t really clear what I was supposed to do if something had been broken or if I needed help, so the whole experience felt a bit uncertain. I’d give it 3 stars.

i ordered a few bottles from Liquorama and my main worry was shipping. glass can be tricky, but everything showed up packed really securely with plenty of protection around each bottle.
nothing was leaking, nothing was cracked, and the box didn’t have anything rattling around inside. it’s a small thing, but i really appreciate when a shop actually takes the time to pack bottles the right way.

I’ve been ordering from here for years, so I guess I had high expectations based on how consistent they used to be. I’m still loyal and will probably keep ordering, but lately it’s been a bit mixed. Some orders are just as good as I remember, while others feel a little below what I expected.
